A Holiday Paradise in the Smokies

November 04, 2019

First, join us at Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies on November 11 for our annual Veterans Day Celebration at Anakeesta Plaza. Vocalist T.C. Barnette will perform our National Anthem, accompanied by the Gatlinburg-Pittman High School Band. Special presentations and commemorations are also on the program.

Next, get ready to hop on the holiday trolley when the Gatlinburg Trolley Ride of Lights takes off for the season. From November 22, 2019 - January 31, 2020, you can enjoy a dazzling display during the journey featuring millions of lights and whimsical lighted displays. Lastly, don’t forget that holiday gift list when you head over to the Gatlinburg Convention Center on November 26 - December 1 for the Great Smoky Thanksgiving Arts & Crafts Show. You’ll find handmade quilts, baskets, brooms, candles, pottery, jewelry, fine art and much more. And, stick around for one of Gatlinburg’s most eagerly anticipated events of the season: The Fantasy of Lights Christmas Parade on December 6.
