Located in the Clingman and LeConte Towers, our single, king size beds feature pillow top mattresses.  Rooms are available in smoking and non-smoking. Room amenities include our Free Breakfast Buffet featuring Brookside’s famous “Breakfast Bowl” and all the fun-filled activities of the resort.

Your extra-large, spacious room includes a balcony/patio overlooking the Roaring Fork creek as it flows out of the National Park.  The sounds of the river, cascading over the rocks is so relaxing. Your room also includes a private bathroom complete with whirlpool tub, microwave/refrigerator, cable TV, free local calls, hair dryer, coffeemaker, alarm clock/radio, iron and ironing board. Wood-burning fireplaces are available upon request. Firewood is available in-season.
