people - Two bedroom - 1 bedroom with 2 double beds. 1 bedroom
with 1 double bed, living room and kitchen combo, 1 1/2 baths with steam
whirlpool.
Apartment #519 - Rate is $175.00 for 10
people - Three bedroom - 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds in
each. 1 bedroom with 1 King bed, living room, fireplace, kitchen, 2
baths w/steam whirlpool.
Apartment #520 - Rate is $150.00 for 6
people - Two bedroom - 1 bedroom with 2 double beds, 1 bedroom
with 1 double bed, living room and kitchen combo, 1 1/2 baths with steam
whirlpool.
Deluxe 2 Bedroom Suite - This unit has two queen size beds in
each bedroom and is divided by a kitchen in between. Each bedroom has
cable television with remote, a one person whirlpool tub in the bathroom,
a streamside balcony and a fireplace in one bedroom. This unit is $195.00
per night plus tax.

The Cabins are located 5 1/2 miles from Brookside's main resort in
Gatlinburg, TN.
Cabin # 537 - Rate is $130.00 for 4
people - Two bedroom Cabin - 1 bedroom with1 king bed, 1
bedroom with 2 double beds, living room with 1 single bed, hibachi fireplace,
fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, 2 baths. Kitchen towels and linens
provided.
Cabin # 538 - Rate is $150.00 for 4
people - Two bedroom Cabin - 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed,
1 bedroom with king bed, living room with 2-person whirlpool tub, fireplace,
fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, 1 bath. Kitchen towels and linens
provided.
Cabin # 539 - Rate is $130.00 for 4
people - Stream View - Three bedroom Cabin with 1
double bed in each, living room, fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen with
microwave, 1 bath. Kitchen towels and linens provided.
Cabin # 540 - One week minimum stay (Sun. to Sun.)
or (Sat. to Sat.) required during Peak Season. Rate is $300.00
for up to 22 people (maximum 22 people).
