Fees
Typically the cost to rent the Brookside Resort Event Center with banquet seating for 180 people is $700.00 plus 12.75% tax.
Other items that affect pricing includes:
- whether the group needs hotel accommodations, bus parking, etc.
- If alcohol is going to be served, bartending expenses, etc*
- Rental of the dance floor
- Audio Visual system requirements
- Use of Brookside Resort’s catering services vs. outside catering services.

All events serving alcoholic beverages will be required to purchase liability insurance and pay for security during the event.
All alcoholic beverages must be purchased by the event coordinator. All beverages will be served by only by an ABC licensed bartender(s).
