Our event center is located along the banks of the Roaring Fork River.  French doors align the north wall, welcoming in the sounds and smells of fresh mountain air.  Everyone will be sure to remember any event you have with Brookside Resort.

 Fees

Typically the cost to rent the Brookside Resort Event Center with banquet seating for 180 people is $700.00 plus 12.75% tax.
Other items that affect pricing includes:

  • whether the group needs hotel accommodations, bus parking, etc.
  • If alcohol is going to be served, bartending expenses, etc*
  • Rental of the dance floor
  • Audio Visual system requirements
  • Use of Brookside Resort’s catering services vs. outside catering services.

*Alcoholic Beverages

All events serving alcoholic beverages will be required to purchase liability insurance and pay for security during the event.

All alcoholic beverages must be purchased by the event coordinator.  All  beverages will be served by only by an  ABC licensed bartender(s).

Brookside can offer references for bartenders and insurance companies.

    Good morning,

    We are a small franchise organization looking to host our 4th annual conference. We will have approximately 100-120 attendees and expect to reserve 50 rooms. The dates are April 23 through April 26th. Some folks would arrive on Wednesday. On Thursday during the day we would like to plan some sort of optional event. Thursday evening would kick off our festivities with a cocktail party with heavy appetizers. Also our vendor showcase would be then, and we would need an area for 10-15 vendors with 6 foot tables. Friday and Saturday would be break out sessions and we would need 4 classrooms or meeting areas. During the day we would need beverages and lunch. Saturday night is our awards banquet and sit down dinner. Please let me know if your facility is available and what the costs would be. Thank you.

    I love the mountains, esp. your befuaitul mountain photos. I live just out of Raleigh & try to get there a few times a year. I’m just a true Hillbilly at heart- born in Knoxville. I’d move there if I could. Thanks for blessing us with photos of God’s true mountain blessings!
